William Turcotte, President
Bill plays a very interactive role with all projects. He is available for any customer needs from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, as well as weekends, in the event of an emergency. Upon request, he will be happy to make himself available for any onsite meetings during the course of your project. Additionally, all office computers are networked which enables electronic files to be sent and received by our office and forwarded to our customers in an expedited manner. Bill firmly believes that in business, what really matters, is honesty, dependability and excellent communication with the customer, as well as the ability to be flexible and sensitive to the needs of each customer. These are things that he takes great pride bringing to every project. He is a State Licensed - General Contractor and Roofing Contractor and has been running this business for over forty years.
Jim Hayes, Vice President, founder of A.A.T. Roofing
Jim has over 40 years of residential and commercial roofing experience, and has performed all phases of roofing from leak repair to complete reroofing, specializing in commercial projects. Jim is involved in all aspects of the project including estimating, submittals, and final warranties. He also works hand in hand with engineers to ensure the proper materials are ordered per specifications, as well as the manufacturers to ensure proper warranties are provided at the completion of each project. Prior to the start of each project, Jim meets with the on-site project manager to review expectations and performance schedules. He oversees all aspects of the project, including but certainly not limited to staging, loading, installation, job site meetings, and daily inspections. Jim is also available for any of your needs from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday as well as weekends, in the event of an emergency
Crew Leaders
Crew leaders have a minimum of three years’ experience, and must be approved by both the on-site project manager and the senior project manager. These employees are very goal oriented as this position entitles them to a higher pay rate as well as larger production bonuses. Each crew leader is given two to three men in order to oversee and set the pace for achieving goals set by the project leader. By keeping our groups small, we achieve higher quality and production, and exceed expectations. By setting goals and offering bonuses we keep the team happy and productive. Crew leaders answer directly to the project manager and are personally responsible for any work their team has done.
General Laborers
Our laborers are paid approximately 20-25% higher than the industry standards. They are all trained by our project managers and crew leaders and are also subject to our bonus programs at the recommendation of the project managers. A.A.T. Roofing, LLC does not employ day labor. Our employees are carefully screened to insure only quality help on all of our projects.
